Personalized Fitness" is a workout, nutrition and lifestyle program that is designed for you based off a three-part assessment. Our coaches build you a program from scratch based on the results from these assessments. This guarantees that you get a program to suit your busy life.

Are you a CrossFit?
No. We are a strength and conditioning gym with a special focus on working with Regina's mature population. We generally work with men and women over the age of 35 who are looking to live a healthier life.
Our coaches are also trained to work with men and women who:
1. Are healing from surgery but have been medically cleared.
2. Have old injuries that need attention.
3. Suffer from back pain, shoulder pain, etc.
4. Live with health conditions (high blood pressure, osteoporosis, diabetes, etc.)
5. Live with mental health struggles (anxiety, PTSD, depression, etc.).

No. We offer one all-inclusive membership, so you are getting 360° of support with your health and fitness.
Our onsite memberships include:
1. Three 60-minute assessments so your coach knows where you are starting from today. (Remote clients are assessed differently.)
2. A personalized fitness, nutrition and lifestyle plan each week.
3. Unlimited access to the facility to complete your workouts. (Remote clients may attend onsite session up to 2x per month at no extra charge.)
4. Monthly check in consults with your coach to keep you accountable, track progress, and set or refine goals.
5. Free access to our state-of-the-art apps.

We assess each of our new clients thoroughly to ensure their programming is suited to their skill level, needs and energy throughout the week.
It doesn't matter how much time you have each day, what type of career you have or what health condition you are living with. We can help you lead your healthiest life!

We have very clean showers in both the men’s and women’s restrooms, and plenty of room to change as well!. So feel free to clean up before heading back to life, just make sure you bring a towel though! We don't have towel service....yet!

Gym floors hours are designed to aligned with our core value of balance, no Saturday nights, no Sundays, and no late nights. There is always a certified coach on the floor to assist you during these hours.
Monday – Friday: 5:30am-9am, 10am-1:30pm, and 3:30pm-7pm
Saturday: 8-11am

We have a state-of-the-art app that helps you track your workouts, results and helps you communicate with your coach whether your complete your workouts at the gym or somewhere else.
This app is called TrueCoach and it is designed to make your gym experience a breeze. Take your workouts with you when you travel for work, go on vacation or workout at home. No matter where you are your workouts are delivered right to phone with demo videos attached.
Your coach can also answer your questions, modify your workouts and comment on your progress at the touch of the button.
You will also see your coach on the gym floor coaching some of the sessions you attend.
Finally, you get to meet with your coach in person once a month to check in, talk about your nutrition, discuss new habits you want to work on and much more!

Your program is designed for you and only you!
Only have three days a week and 45 minutes to come to the gym? No problem! Your coach can design your workouts to fit your busy life.
Want to do two workouts at the gym and two at home? No problem! Give your coach a list of the equipment you have at home and they will build you a plan to keep you on track.
Travel a lot for work? No problem! Tell your coach where you're going to be, and they will plan your workouts for the hotel, suite or room you are staying in.

No such thing! We are here to help anyone at any age reach their health and fitness goals.
Our member base ranges from 14 - 71 years old. How can we serve such a diverse group? They all have their own program that has been designed for them which allows them to work out together but on their own programs.
Support and community are key to anyone’s success and we have it all here!

You’re likely to work up a sweat during your training, so to allow yourself to move freely; we’d recommend loose and comfortable clothing. You may want to bring a sweat towel and personal mat if you don’t like to lay directly on the floor should your personalized program contain any floor exercises. We have disinfectant wipes for you to wipe down equipment when you are finished.

Everyone is different, but until you learn which type of person you are in regards to eating before a workout, we recommend not eating anything too substantial in the two hours before training. You should definitely come well hydrated.

We provide music free of charge, and there are always great jams in the gym. In fact, our members helped create our extensive and diverse playlist by adding songs to it, so be sure to tell us what we can add for you. With earbuds, it is difficult to receive the professional coaching that your membership includes, so leave the earbuds at home and leave the DJ work to us. Side note: if you have a long aerobic piece of work in your workout and want to wear earbuds for it, we will most certainly not stop you. #rowbikeskirun

This is a great pressure free way to see if we are what you are searching for, see how the training floor works, if we work with your schedule and generally fall in love with us.

Unfortunately with our long term approach we do not, full price memberships for students.

It happens a lot, you’re dazed and high on seeing progress and just roll out, forgetting your wallet, keys, shoes and kids. No worries, we have a lost and found where we keep items for up to 3 weeks and then send clothing, mats, etc to a donation bin.

You will go over all of this with your coach before your training starts. This is super important as it helps us know how help you achieve your goals and keep you safe. In most cases, we can work with your physical therapist and/or doctor to safely get you the results you are after. Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions!

Yes, all our members use our Pike 13 member management app to book their sessions each week
Yes, for new prospective members, You can use our book consult tab, to book a time to meet with our team if you want to learn more about us. Yes it’s 100% necessary. Can you pop in to say hi? Yes, we haven’t ever had to turn people away – but training floor hours are dedicated to our clients’ training, so you will be asked to schedule an initial free consult so that you too may have our undivided attention.

Yes! We do offer 1-on-1 training, prices start from $75/hour so please get in touch for more details.

Yes! Anytime there isn’t regularly scheduled training we can accommodate rentals for photoshoots, private classes etc. Prices vary depending on scale, time, and day, so shoot us an email and we can make arrangements.

We have the knowledge and experience, and we will travel if you want to bring OPEX Franklin to life at your office. Prices vary depending on where your office is, how many people, and what time of day, so reach out using the contact form and let’s make it happen.
